Arsenal ponder final €57m bid for Luis Suarez
According to highly reliable journalist Telegraph when it comes to Arsenal matters, Jeremy Wilson is reporting Arsenal are packaging a new bid said to be worth 49 million pounds that they hope it will be good enough to convince Liverpool to sell the highly troublesome Uruguayan striker.
Just two days ago it was reported in the Uruguayan media that Suarez has decided he wants to stay at Liverpool although hours later he denied the said reports claiming he still wants out Anfield for a champions league club ( Arsenal ).

Arsenal re-open Sagna talks and target Uchida

Arsenal have made a fresh attempt to reinforce their defence by reopening contract talks with Bacary Sagna and making a move for Schalke right-back Atsuto Uchida, Goal can reveal.
It is understood that Sagna's representatives recommenced talks on a new deal with the club earlier in August but the two parties did not reach an agreement and it is still anticipated that he will leave when his contract expires next summer.
"Schalke are extremely understaffed at right-back. They wanted Sascha Riether before Fulham secured him so it is hard to find a reason why they would let Uchida leave.
"More than that, I cannot imagine why Wenger would want to sign Uchida. He would not make Arsenal better - he is not even as good as Schalke expected him to be. They gave him a new contract until 2015 last year only because they could not find a replacement. Arsenal would have to offer at least €4-5 million (£3.4-4.3m)."
Arsene Wenger has now targeted Japanese defender Uchida to provide defensive cover this season and be groomed as a long-term replacement for Sagna. The Gunners have made recent contact with Schalke to enquire about signing the 25-year-old in the final weeks of the summer window.
Wenger wants a right-back who can fit in with the Gunners' playing style and be groomed to challenge Carl Jenkinson for the first-team slot if Sagna leaves.

Reports are out claiming that PSV Eindhoven winger Zakaria Bakkali is being linked with Arsenal.
