Three Boro Players Named In Sky Bet Championship Top 10 Players Of The Year List
Tomlin, Leadbitter and Bamford all selected...
Three Boro players have been named in the Sky Bet Championship Top 10 Players of the Year in the Football League Awards 2015.

The list was revealed after managers from across the Championship voted for their players of the year.

Lee Tomlin came in first at number nine in the top 10, just in front of Bournemouth’s Harry Arter in 10th place.

Grant Leadbitter was voted the seventh best player in the league this season in front of Alex Pritchard from Brentford.

And finally, after winning the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Year award at the Football League 2015 awards on Sunday, Patrick Bamford was voted number one as the best player in the league.

Aitor Karanka could be forced into making a re-shuffle for Saturday's game at Fulham (3pm).

The Boro Head Coach is already without Tomas Kalas, whose loan expired after the Norwich City game last week, and he has a number of injury doubts ahead of the weekend.

Patrick Bamford and Jelle Vossen have both undergone scans on injuries this week and may miss the Fulham trip while Albert Adomah is still feeling the effects of an injury he sustained in the win against Wolves.

"Tomas isn't available now, but we have Patrick, Jelle, and Albert who are all concerns and I don't know at this stage what will happen," said Karanka.

"We will have to check on Friday as to where we are with everyone.

"Whatever happens we will put out the best 11 that we can."
